Brett Zadlo acquired Dogfather Catering in July 2022; with a desire to turn his passion for pizza into a full time job. As a longtime Pizza Enthusiast, he’s mastered a scratch dough and sauce which everyone can now enjoy.
Dogfather Catering was founded in 2012 by Stephen DeCourcy. Stephen and Brett worked together for months to ensure the key elements of Dogfather remain consistent and true. Brett looks forward to growing Dogfather Catering, contributing to one-of-a-kind events all over the Seattle Area.
Brett’s been wowing his friends and family for years with his meals, particularly his pizza. His intuitive sense of flavor, spice, and pairings can take even the most classic dishes to the next level. Brett would love to help you create a catering spread for your guests which reflects your taste, culture, and personal flare.
